Why Rainy November?

I'm a child of November - a month full of rain and grey skies, but also of stillness, depth, and in-between moments. There’s something in that mood that speaks to the music I write.
"Rainy November" became more than just a name. It’s a feeling. A place inside. A quiet nod to the month I was born - and maybe, just maybe, a soft echo of Ray Charles, whose music has always moved me deeply.
That’s how this name became a kind of home - for my songs, my thoughts, and the musical version of myself.
If you’d like to share your thoughts or just say hello, you can reach me at [email protected]. I’d be happy to hear from you!

Hello, Moonlight!

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Watch Video on YouTube

Hello Moonlight!
I'm gonna ask you for some talk tonight.
Chances gone.
I'm not afraid to lose.
Should I fight?
I know, that everything will be all right.
If you will be,
If you are gonna be with me, my blues,
With me, my blues.
If you're gonna be with me, my blues.
If you're gonna be with me, my blues.
If you're gonna be with me, my blues.
If you're gonna be with me, my blues.
So many times
I took the wrong way, 'couse I missed the signs.
So many roads
I had to walk alone.
So many fears!
It didn't have to be a way of tears.
And at the end of this
I hope, my pain is gone,
My pain is gone.
And in the end I hope my pain is gone.
And in the end I hope my pain is gone.
And in the end I hope my pain is gone.
And in the end I hope my pain is gone.

Old and Useless

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Watch Video on YouTube

In the shadows of my years that passed away
I feel the weight of time,
In the shadows of my years that passed away
I feel the weight of time,
Fearing those days
When strength starts to decline.
In the silence of my solitude
I hear the voices of my doubts,
In the silence of my solitude
I hear the voices of my doubts,
Yearning for companionship
But afraid to reach out.
I don't wonna be old and useless,
Lost in the fading light,
Struggling to find my purpose
In the depth of an endless night!
But from the depth of my despair
I can see a light.
But from the depth of my despair
I can see a light.
A spark of hope ignites
Guiding me through the night.
And the dawn breaks through the darkness
And I can see my way -
A path towards renewal
Where I can find my place to stay.
I don't wonna be old and useless,
Lost in the fading light,
Struggling to find my purpose
In the depth of an endless night!

That Spark You Feel Inside

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Watch Video on YouTube

What's this voice in my heart, so near?
Secret whispers I start to hear.
It says: "Follow your guiding star,
Believe in who you really are!"
When others say my dreams are small,
When doubts and shadows start to call,
I'll hold that voice so close to me,
My heart's own song, my destiny.
A voice in my soul, so pure and true, says:
"Let your dreams come shining through!
Start today, don't wait, don't hide!
Follow that spark you feel,
You feel inside!"
That spark you feel inside!
That spark you feel inside!
That spark you feel inside!
This sweet voice within my mind
Urges me to seek and find,
To trust the strength that lies in me,
To set my mind and spirit free.
I'll walk this path, come joy or pain,
Through highs and lows, sunshine or rain.
If I stumble, I'll rise anew.
My dreams, I know, they will come true.
A voice in my soul, so pure and true, says:
"Let your dreams come shining through!
Start today, don't wait, don't hide!
Follow that spark you feel,
You feel inside!"
That spark you feel inside!
That spark you feel inside!
That spark you feel inside!

The World Where a Dream Never Dies

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

Days are drifting by,
Days filled with sorrow.
And every day I wonder why
I'm so afraid of tomorrow.
I lay down and close my eyes,
A dream begins to rise.
I see the lands, I see the skies
Of the world where a dream never dies.
I'll go there,
To those lands, to those skies!
Like a bird through the air,
To the world where a dream never dies.
A voice, so soft, it calls me near,
And whispers strength into my soul.
I let go now, I have no fear,
For I am here, at last made whole.
This place, where endless dreams unfold,
In peace as pure as morning's dawn -
A world of love and light untold,
Where all I seek will carry on.
I'll go there,
To those lands, to those skies!
Like a bird through the air,
To the world where a dream never dies.

Raccoon Blues

A bluesy tribute to the masked bandits I secretly admire. They steal my trash - and my heart. Here’s to the raccoons!

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

Late at night when the moon is high
Raccoons start pokin' 'round, I sigh.
They creep and they crawl, mischief in their eyes.
They're sneaky little bandits ain't no surprise.
Late at night when the moon is high.
Oh, those raccoons, they're up to no good.
Messin' 'round my neighborhood.
They rummage through my trash, nothin' they won't take.
Oh raccoons, oh raccoons, how much more can I take?
Oh, those raccoons, they're up to no good.
Raccoon Blues, Raccoon Blues.
They're always up to somethin', those raccoons.
Raccoon Blues, Raccoon Blues.
Cousing trouble in the moonlight, those raccoons.
Raccoon Blues, this is a Raccoon Blues.
Late at night raccoons run wild
Sneakin' through the trash cans so sly and mild.
Their masks on their faces, mischief in their eyes.
Oh, those raccoons, they're quite a sight!
Late at night raccoons run wild.
Raccoon Blues, Raccoon Blues.
They're always up to somethin', those raccoons.
Raccoon Blues, Raccoon Blues.
Cousing trouble in the moonlight, those raccoons.
Raccoon Blues, this is a Raccoon Blues.

We Got to Be Free!

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

You and me,
We got to be free!
We all got to be free,
You and me!
We got to be free,
Like ships on the sea,
Like birds in the sky,
Soaring high!
We all got to be free
In the rhythm of life's symphony!
Underneath the stars so bright,
Soaring high, like birds in flight.
Together we'll find our hearts untied,
In the vastness of freedom our spirits collide.
Sailing on destiny's tide,
The wind is our guide.
You and me, beneath the open sky,
Chasing dreams, as the world rushes by.
We got to be free, breaking the chains,
Where nothing remains!
We all got to be free
In a symphony of possibility,
Unlocking the door
To a world where love and freedom soar!
We all got to be free
In the rhythm of life's symphony.
Underneath the stars so bright,
Soaring high, like birds in flight.
Together we'll find our hearts untied,
In the vastness of freedom our spirits collide.
Sailing on destiny's tide,
The wind is our guide.
Riding waves like ships on the sea,
Breaking boundaries, feeling so free.
In the twilight, where dreams take flight,
The stars are so bright!
We all got to be free,
In a rhythm that echoes through you and me!
Sailing on destiny's tide
The wind as our guide.
We all got to be free
In the rhythm of life's symphony.
Underneath the stars so bright,
Soaring high, like birds in flight.
Together we'll find our hearts untied,
In the vastness of freedom our spirits collide.
Sailing on destiny's tide,
The wind is our guide.

Because I Like to Walk

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

This is a walking blues, baby
And I play it because I like to walk.
This is a walking blues, baby
And I play it because I like to walk.
When I'm feeling low
I always take a stroll.
I always take a stroll,
I always take a stroll.
When I'm feeling low
I always take a stroll.
When my mind is full of worries
And the night feels dark and long
When my mind is full of worries
And the night feels dark and long
I just keep on moving
Until my heart starts feeling strong.
Until my heart starts feeling strong,
Until my heart starts feeling strong.
I just keep on moving
Until my heart starts feeling strong.
When the morning sun is rising
And the world is calm and still
When the morning sun is rising
And the world is calm and still
I hit the street
Just to chase that simple thrill.
Just to chase that simple thrill,
Just to chase that simple thrill.
I hit the street
Just to chase that simple thrill.

There Is a Picture in the Mirror

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

There's a picture in the mirror,
A face looking back at me.
Time has passed, the lines have deepened.
It's not the same as it used to be.
Behind the eyes, there's a story
Of dreams that slipped away.
The roads I've walked, the scars I carry
Have shaped the one who stands here today.
I've chased the sun through the shadows
And felt the cold of the night.
And I stumbled through the darkness,
Searching for the light.
But every fall and every scar
Has taught me how to stand.
The price I've paid has made the way
To understand who I am.
Oh, the weight of yesterday
Ah ah ah ah ah
Can pull you down or make you stay.
Ah ah ah ah ah
But when you learn to let it
Go oh oh
Your heart will find its way to glow.
There's a shadow in the mirror
Of the life I left behind.
Echoes of my younger days
Still lingering in my mind.
But looking back, I've come to see,
Each step was not in vain.
The tears, the trials, the broken dreams
Have only made me gain.
Oh, the weight of yesterday
Ah ah ah ah ah
Can pull you down or make you stay.
Ah ah ah ah ah
But when you learn to let it
Go oh oh
Your heart will find its way to glow.

Here I'm Crying

WRITTEN BY: WALDEMAR SILBERMANN

🎧 Soon on YouTube

I've walked my roads with no signpost,
Just followed the dust and the wind.
I've walked my roads with no signpost,
Just followed the dust and the wind.
Now I'm sittin' in the silence,
Thinkin' 'bout where I've been.
I never learned to reach out,
Thought I had to stand tall and proud.
I never learned to reach out,
Thought I had to stand tall and proud.
Now I'm drownin' in the silence,
Too ashamed to call out loud.
So tell me now, where do I go from here?
If I could go back, I swear I would undo!
All I see is broken dreams and fear.
Now here I'm cryin'. What am I supposed to do?
They say time brings wisdom,
But I only found the blues.
They say time brings wisdom,
But I only found the blues.
Each wrong step is a shadow.
Now I don't know what to choose.
So tell me now, where do I go from here?
If I could go back, I swear I would undo!
All I see is broken dreams and fear.
Now here I'm cryin'. What am I supposed to do?

Music is my path to healing and hope

Music has been a part of my life since I was nine. As a teenager, I began writing songs. From the start, music felt like more than sound - it became a way to explore my thoughts, fears, and hopes, and to share them with others. For me, music is a path to healing. It gives me a way to express the things I often struggle to say out loud - feelings that are easier to sing than to speak. It helps me process emotions, find healing, and maybe offer comfort to others along the way. And it reminds me that there’s always a reason to keep going.I'm deeply grateful to the artists who have inspired and shaped me - B.B. King, Ray Charles, Chris Rea, Eric Clapton, Tommy Emmanuel, David Gilmour, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, and Roy Buchanan.Every note I play and every line I write is part of my journey - and maybe, in some small way, part of yours too.
